Each Eleia Stone order is thoughtfully prepared and packaged within 3–5 business days. Once dispatched, shipping typically takes an additional 2–3 business days, and tracking details will be provided upon shipment.

During transit, tracking may temporarily display "In Transit" for up to 7 days while your parcel moves through the shipping network. In the unlikely event of loss or damage during shipping, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. If you are in Australia and your parcel has not arrived within 12 business days from dispatch, please contact us at orders@eleiastone.com.

We do not offer returns for change of mind. All items are carefully sealed and cannot be returned once opened.
